Deliveries within Australia

Your order will be sent within three (3) days of receipt of full payment (public holidays and weekends excluded).

We choose Australia Post Registered as our preferred method of delivery, as this is a traceable method of transportation.

All items must be signed for upon receipt, so we suggest you provide us with a daytime address for your purchase to be sent to.

Doll Face Handbag Boutique is unable to accept responsibility for deliveries that have not been signed for.

Deliveries overseas

We choose Australia Post Insured Air Mail for all international shipping.  Prices will vary, but start from $19.95 and will depend on the size and weight of your packaged purchase.

Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive an email advising the relevant postage charge for your purchase.  This price is to be added to your purchase price, when making payment for your order.  Please note your purchase will not be dispatched until full payment, including the postage charge, has been received.

Payment Methods

For your safety, and ours, we have chosen a secure payment gateway through Paypal.  We accept Visa & Mastercard as well as Visa Debit and of course payments from your own Paypal account.

Should you wish to pay via Direct Bank Deposit please choose the Phone Order as your payment method and upon receiving your order email we will be in touch with our bank account details.

All the above options are available at the checkout stage of your purchase.  When you confirm you order it is sent directly to us for processing.

Please note we can only accept payment in Australian dollars.

Should we not receive payment within three (3) days of your order date you order will be cancelled.

Order Cancellations

Should payment not be received within three (3) working days of order confirmation your order will be cancelled.

Doll Face Handbag Boutique has the right to cancel or refuse and order should we believe there to be any form of fraudulent activity taking place.

Faulty Items

Doll Face Handbag Boutique is happy to provide you with a 30 day warranty against any manufacturer’s defects or material defects.

Should you have an issue with your purchase please contact us, asap, via our Contact Us page and we will be in contact, during business hours, to discuss.

When returning faulty items please include all dust covers, additional straps etc. in your parcel, as we are unable to return them to our supplier for a refund without these items.

Please note – all clearance/reduced/sale items are non-refundable.

Returns

Please choose carefully as we are not in the habit of refunding simply because you have changed your mind.  We have gone to extra lengths to provide you with detailed descriptions and images of each item so you can purchase with peace of mind.

* When you purchase online, upon completion of your order (unless you have become a Pink Lady) your personal details are automatically deleted.

Please note in no instance do your banking details remain in our system.

The information you provide us is used to send you our newsletters, to let you know about our promotions and sales, to contact you regarding your order or when new stock is available.

We may use your information for internal purposes, to generate sales statistics, marketing campaigns and future development.

Unsubscribe

Should you wish to no longer receive correspondence from Doll Face Handbag Boutique you can simply email us, via our Contact Caryn page.  All you need to do is fill out the subject field with the word “unsubscribe”, and we will remove your details from our database.
